We expected that finding the house we wanted and selling the house we had would take a long time, but John located the house of our dreams in a matter of weeks and guided us through the process of buying it. John was recommended to me by my mortgage broker and I’m so glad he did. He has been responsive since day one and listened to what I told him I wanted but had the insight and knowledge of the market to make great suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of. He doesn’t force anything on you and let’s you decide for your self. With each listing we looked at he was able to hone in further on exactly what I was looking for. When it came time for making offers, he did a great job negotiating the best deal and was on top of the whole process. John was the best realtor that we have ever worked with. He took the information that we provided in a house that we were looking for and sent us emails that fit our description of the type of house we wanted for our family. We contacted him and told him the houses we wanted to see that we picked from his site. He set the viewing of the houses up so quickly (even before the houses were on the market so we could have the first peek) let me tell you one thing about John… If he knows you like he came to know my family you won’t be let down. John is an open, straight forward guy who is great at what he does. He listens to his clients and is honest with you. In the house hunting process we had our two kids (5 years old and 1 year old) with us which made things a little difficult since we were on a time schedule we had to stay on with our 1 year old. (Otherwise she would make things very difficult) John was great with our family. He helped with the kids as my husband and I looked at the houses to see if it was something that we would like. He was there every step of the way for questions that we may have about the houses. The first time we went house hunting with John he took us to a few houses that fit us overall. We put in an offer the first day but John and my husband wanted to keep looking to see if there was something else out there in case our offer was not accepted. The next weekend before our offer on the first house was up for the seller to accept or deny we found another house that we loved more than the first house. The day after we were suppose to hear if the offer was accepted we put in an offer on the second house we found 1 week into the process of house hunting (the day we put the offer in we found out our offer on the first house was accepted but we turned it down since we liked the second house better and they were a day late from the deadline we gave them to accept. We could not be happier with the house that we are in now and we owe it all to John for being there day and night answering and advising us every step of the way.
My parents and I had the honor of having john as our agent. He was very understanding and helpful. He got back to me almost immediately with any and all answers to questions. He got us into everything we wanted to see as he had vast knowledge of things in homes that we would not have otherwise been able to know. He was also patient with me (as I was very particular) and met all my needs. After my home was purchased he went above and beyond to help. We were very unfamiliar with gas in a home and my father was unable to get the pilot lit. He came over to my new place and got the pilot lit. He also has a recommendation for anything we may need to have done. I would never have thought we could find such and unbelievable realtor. John helped us not only find the perfect fit within weeks of us starting to look for a house, but helped us get the house within a very limited time frame.
